Do all users need the Personal plan?

No! The Personal plan is for individuals who would like to use Insite but who do not need to collaborate with other users. On the other plans, each user can sign up for a free user account and will be provided access under the single license.

What kind of support & training do you offer?

We provide you with reliable customer support across different channels – online documentation, email and chat. On the Premium plan, you will also get phone support along with a free set-up and admin training session. User training is offered for an additional fee.

What are the main differences between Starter & Premium?

The Premium plan allows you to collaborate with people outside of your organisation such as clients and contractors. Additionally, there are many additional core features such as drawings and enhanced permissions. You can see a list of these using Compare all features above.

Can I invite external users such as clients, subcontractors & customers to my projects?

Yes! If you choose the Premium plan, you can invite external users to your projects. They can join your projects free of charge.

How does the free trial work?

We want to make sure you get the most out of your trial, so we’ll work closely with you to get started. Simply contact us, and we’ll ask for a few examples of your current processes. We’ll then set these up for you, so you can explore Insite with full access to all Premium features.

What happens at the end of the trial?

You don’t need to provide any card or payment details to start trial. As such, unless you purchase one of our plans before your trial ends you will not be charged.

What payment methods are supported?

For the Personal and Starter plan, you can subscribe using card or PayPal details. On the Premium plan, we also support payment via invoice.

How can I cancel my plan?

Cancelling your plan is as simple as getting in touch with us. We won’t ask any questions and your plan will be cancelled in line with the termination section of our terms.
