No! The Personal plan is for individuals who would like to use Insite but who do not need to collaborate with other users. On other plans, your users can sign up for a free account and get access under the one license.
We provide you with reliable customer support across different channels – online documentation, email, chat and call. On the Premium and Enterprise plans, set-up and admin training is included and general user training is offered for an additional fee.
In comparison with the Starter plan, the Premium and Enterprise plans allow you to collaborate with people outside of your organisation such as clients and contractors and they also offer several additional core features such as drawings and enhanced permissions. Compared with the Premium plan, the Enterprise plan can be customised with add-ons including SSO and other custom connections.
Yes! If you choose the Premium and Enterprise plan you can invite external users to your projects. They can join your projects free of charge (unless your specific license stipulates otherwise).
Start a trial today and you'll get 14 days to test out Insite with all of the capabilities of a Premium plan. There are no limits under the trial and we do not ask for any payment details.
You do not need to provide any card or payment details to start an Insite trial. As such, unless you purchase one of our plans before your trial ends you will not be charged. If you decide at a later date that you would like to continue using the platform, you can reactivate your account and continue working on the projects which you created during the trial.
For the Personal and Starter plan, you can subscribe using card or PayPal details. On the Premium and Enterprise plans, we also support payment via invoice.
Cancelling your plan is as simple as getting in touch with us. We won't ask any questions and your plan will be cancelled in line with the termination section of our terms.
