The challenge
Paper site files, email chains and hours of report admin
- MPACT Group ran its projects on email, paper site files and manual documents.
- Snagging was slow. Teams photographed issues on site, went back to the office, copied the photos into spreadsheets, resized them and formatted everything before a report could go out.
- With several project managers working for different clients, documents varied in style and presentation, so it was hard to keep one standard across the business.
- Site sign-in, inductions and RAMS briefings were all recorded on paper.

The solution
One live system that works for site teams
- As the business looked to modernise, Sean and the team went to market for a digital system that would work for site teams, and chose Insite in March 2025.
- Everything is captured on site, in real time. Teams raise RFIs, submit technical documents, complete forms and inspections and log snags straight from site.
- RFIs, submittals, change requests and snag lists run through one system that site teams, design teams and clients see at the same time.
- Supply chain, operatives and client teams join as free external users. Digital inductions followed in January 2026, and site sign-in and timesheets in February 2026.
