Can we build a tracker around our own process?
Yes. You choose the columns, statuses and fields, so the tracker matches how your team already works rather than forcing you into a fixed template. Most trackers are set up in an afternoon.
Who updates the tracker?
The people doing the work. Items are updated on site from a phone as things progress, so the tracker stays alive instead of being re-typed into a spreadsheet later.
Can we see the status of every item at once?

Can we attach evidence to tracker items?
